1. The easiest way to make a small 30 second video is to use a digital camera. Most of the cameras in the market have this capability built in. My camera is a Canon powershot A95, all I had to do was to change the mode from AUTO to VIDEO, there is a video symbol on the top if you pay close attention. So set your camera to that mode.

2. Then do as if you would take a picture, press the button once and start talking if you are the presenter or start capturing whatever you need to capture. Then press the button again to stop the camera. You captured the video in the camera. You can preview this video in the camera itself and make sure you like it.

3. Then download the video to your laptop or computer. All you have to do is plug the camera to the computer/laptop, the PC will automatically detect it, or you can use the camera manual to figure out how to download pictures to the laptop. The same way you can do the video also. This is not a big deal. Once you have the video into the laptop/pc, it is in .AVI format. Before you upload the video you need to convert the .AVI format video to .SWF format.

4. This is very easy as well, but you need a software to do this. There are plenty of free software available in the web to do this. You don't have to buy them you can download a trial version and use that to convert the video. For my purposes I used swish video 2. It is available at www.swishzone.com. You can import your video into the software and then publish it to .SWF format. Make sure you set your quality to a moderate level so your video size is not too big. Also make sure your video is around 30 seconds and medium quality, it should come around 3 MB to 4 MB. That is good enough. Do not make it too big unless you are a paid customer.

5. Then every website will have a link to upload the video find that link, click that link, you should get a browse button From there it is pretty straight forward. For example in www.iGanit.com you will post your service need using the link "List Your Service Need" at the top. After you post your project, go to that page and go all the way to the bottom. There you should see two links, one to upload pictures and the other to upload videos. You can only do one or the other. Choose upload video, you will see a new screen that prompts for the location of the video file.Select and click submit, your video will be uploaded in a few minutes. That is it you are all set.
